At Trend Boston, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our Boston distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
